Show Notes

Today, we talked with Executives of the local chapter of Caribbean Women In Leadership - CIWiL. Representing the CIWiL -Bahamas National Chapter was Chair Robyn Lynes, Deputy Chair Cherise Cox-Nottage, and Treasurer Sheena Culmer.

We discussed the origin of the organization, its objectives and programmes such as the EAGLE mentorship programme, efforts to advance more women in leadership, the differences in leadership environments and the importance of a multi-tiered engagement to gain equality.
