Saturday 18 October, we are happy to host the Anglican Church Women Council who will be sharing more about the great work their individual branches undertake in various parishes as well as their upcoming Seminar for Girls, ages 12 - 18, entitled ‘Becoming Her: Bold, Beautiful, Brilliant’, happening on Saturday 25 October 2025 at Holy Cross Anglican Church Bahamas Activity Center. Our guests will be Deborah McKinney, Anglican Church Women Council President; Lynette Deveaux, Anglican Church Women Council Vice-president and President of St. Matthew's ACW; and Junann Lewis, ACW Council Outreach Chair and President of St. Agnes Anglican Church's ACW.
 
Also joining us in studio will be representatives of Down Syndrome Association Bahamas. Betty Taylor, President; Sheena Ytil; and Ida Poitier-Turnquest. They will be discussing the activities of the Association, including the upcoming Buddy WalkFest/Souse Out on Saturday 25 October 2025.
